Drastic change to usage intervals

I've done this, changed the usage intervals from Weeks and Days to Moons an Weeks, because I am concerned that a +2, possible +3, dice bonus to some Skill rolls, will have a too large effect. All that backstory expansion, whether in-character or out of character, might also be intrusive and a bit annoying, if done too often. So I've made this conservative change. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 13:21, 15 May 2011 (UTC)

I think the VP cost for the Veteran(+1) trait should be increased too. Currently it's 8 VP. I think 12 or even 15 VP would be better. It's fairly powerful. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 02:21, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
I implemented the switchover from Weeks-and-Days to Moons-and-Weeks long ago, and have now also raised the price of the +3 trait. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 19:54, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
And this invalidates the examples, which still say 8 VP for the +1 bonus. I'll have to fix that soon. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 20:12, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
I don't think I like the +3 trait, after all. It creates potential angst in players, about at what point they should purchase it. When it becomes cost-effective, in terms of how many Veteran Points/Traits the player has opted for during character creation. I think the +3 trait will be deleted, so that Veteran Traits always give a +2 bonus when used on normal Skills. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 17:14, 6 April 2012 (UTC)

VP pricing, and unspent VP

I'm thinking it should be 10 Veteran Points for the first GP, 9 VP for the next, then 8, and so forth, and that all unspent VPs are converted to Perk Points at an 1:1 ratio. --Peter Knutsen (the Designer) 00:05, 16 August 2011 (UTC)
