You are an advanced user. This means you have the same privileges as a semi-advaned user (upload and reupload files), but in addition to this you can block other users, and move pages. Please use these privileges responsibly.
There are higher levels of privilege than this, but it is doubtful that you will need them. If you do think there is a privilege you need, which you don't alredy have, feel free to contact the Designer and discuss the issue.
